Cardio at the gym

Hello there!

This time, I took some time to work on my body. Simple gym cardio exercises mostly running.

I must say, I've never been a real fan of the gym, for many reasons, one of the most important being that it's boring and not entertaining at all. However, I found out that playing music on earphones solves the first issue to the extent when I was able to force myself to go there.

And it was a good choice.

I've been doing mostly cardiovascular exercises for now, as I want to work on my stamina. It is going well, I think. I advise you also try to do it, as sport is very important but probably y'all know it already ;) Here is one of the scores, maybe not the best but working on it!
