Running for cardio... again!?

Hello there!

As they say, new week, new challenge!

For me, running became a real challenge but also a good way of making myself more active.

In fact, I run that distance for two reasons; first, being for better shape, to look better, second, being that I need to enhance my stamin, which really ashames me sometimes ;)

Running made me realize that simple activities like that can really improve one's mood, like really.
I think that those hormones make me feel better and also somehow meeting with my running mate also doubles the effect. Is it still boring? Yes. Do I plan on continuing? Also yes.
